ARBAIN NAWAWIY  Hadits ketiga puluh dua [32]

الحـديث الثاني والثلاثون

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيْدٍ سَعَدْ بن مالك بْنِ سِنَانِ الْخُدْرِي رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عليه وسلَّمَ قَالَ: لاَ ضَرَرَ وَلاَ ضِرَارَ. (حَدِيْثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَه وَالدَّارُقُطْنِي وَغَيْرُهُمَا مُسْنَداً، وَرَوَاهُ مَالِك فِي الْمُوَطَّأ مُرْسَلاً عَنْ عَمْرو بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيْهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْقَطَ أَبَا سَعِيْدٍ وَلَهُ طُرُقٌ يُقَوِّي بَعْضُهَا بَعْضاً)

(Hadits ketiga puluh dua)

(Diriwayatkan) dari Abi Said yaitu Sa’ad bin Malik bin Sinan al Khudriy Ra. bahwa sesungguhnya Rasulaah Saw. bersabda: ”tidak boleh membahayakan diri sendiri dan membahayakan orang lain.

(Hadits hasan diriwayatkan Ibnu Majah, ad Daru quthniy dan lainnya dengan status hadits musnad. Imam Malik meriwayatkan hadits di dalam kitab al Muwatho dengan status hadits mursal dari Amr bin Yahya dari ayahnya dari Nabi Saw., maka ia menggugurkan Abi Said. Dan pada hadist ini terdapat riwayat-riwayat yang lain yang saling menguatkan)

(Thirty-second Hadith)

(Narrated) from Abi Said namely Sa'ad bin Malik bin Sinan al Khudriy Ra. that indeed the Messenger of Allah. said: "You must not harm yourself and harm others.

(Hadith hasan narrated by Ibn Majah, ad Daru quthniy and others with the status of musnad hadith. Imam Malik narrated the hadith in the book al Muwatho with the status of mursal hadith from Amr bin Yahya from his father from the Prophet SAW, so he aborted Abi Said. And in the hadith there are other narrations that reinforce each other)
