THE ISLAMIC METHOD IN DETERMINING THE FAMILY ORDER

In the
Qur'an most of the household laws are conveyed in detail or in total in several
verses and letters taking into account the developing circumstances. Observant
researchers will of course see that household affairs whose character is always
changing and changing according to demands and interests, then of course Shari'
will convey in totality to general principles and overall rules, so that
household laws can be connected according to the developing reality while still
reviewing the revision of the flow of conveying the truth on the one hand and
the realization of goodness on the other hand according to the light of the
Qur'an and hadith.
Whereas
other matters related to household affairs from the point of view of faith,
where the characteristic is that they remain stable, then of course they will
be conveyed without any changes and substitutions, such as faith in Allah,
justifying the Apostles, faith in the unseen world and others from matters of faith.

stable and cannot be changed and replaced, because aqidah is the beginning of a
matter that is obligatory for a mulatto person. And because of this, it is
clear for us to raise the importance of Islam in the household order and put it
in the highest consideration, tying it with faith as the foundation and sharia
law as development. There is no doubt that the Islamic home is the essence of
good community life. So it becomes urgent to maintain Islamic household ties
with the right ties, stay away from people who are used to playing with
marriage for the sake of realizing the noble goals of the marriage, namely
love, harmony and peace of mind, which is one of the signs of the greatness of
Allah which shows the perfection of His power. As Allah says which means):
"And
including the signs of His power, He created for you from yourselves spouses,
so that you are calm about it, and Allah made love and affection between
you."
(Surah Al
Rum: 30 verse: 21)
Keep in mind
this, the determination of the marriage law, both the foundations and the whole
order, flows from Islamic law. Because of this, beautiful households in the
early days were not formed through any transformation or governmental
authority. This is because this household can be protected by the existence of
the Islamic faith in every Muslim.
And it is
clear now that there is no resistance to family life unless armed with the
ammunition of religious knowledge and the creed of faith which is based on
Shari'a. With this, the family can remain stable, protected from the flow of
atheism and falsehood of those who walk the earth with corruption. Word of God
(which means):
“And
surely Allah will help those who defend His (religion). Verily, Allah is the
Most Powerful and the Most Great Essence
(Surah Al
Hajj: 22 verse: 40)
O Muslims,
we pay attention and attach great importance to studying family arrangements
that have true religious beliefs and arm them with the weapon of piety so that
they can hold fast to a strong reason, namely shame, maintain chastity and
self-esteem so that they can become examples of good community life.
